This is the home page for CANADIAN DOGS AT RISK.
I believe that if we band together in an organized way...we CAN make a difference!
I would like to make this the 'HOME SITE" for CDAR.
From here it could branch/link to other provinces...
then hopefully to regions/towns/localities etc.
